About Us

We recognise that prompt responsiveness is everything when you are presented with a Settlement Agreement from your employer.

We pride ourselves on our jargon free approach when advising you on the terms of the Agreement and after talking through the issue you’re facing at work, we always follow up with comprehensive written advice and a plan of action, whether it be arranging to execute the Settlement Agreement in the terms you may have already agreed with your employer, or negotiating with your employer on your behalf for a more favourable exit package.  We are here to help and are on your side.

Whichever way you decide to work with us, our focus is on creating a practical, quick solution to enable a swift exit from your employer.

We try to make the process as seamless as possible and in nearly all cases, a copy of the Settlement Agreement can be sent over to us electronically by email attachment so that there are no delays with postal services or face to face meetings.  We will then arrange to sign and return the Advisors Certificate (which is a legal requirement for a Settlement Agreement) electronically to your employer as well, meaning that the settlement payment can be sent to you sooner by them.

Please get in touch today to discuss your requirements.
